I provide a 60 or 90 minute treatment using organic oils; either neutral or blended with organic essential oils, whatever you prefer.  

For a home visit I bring everything to you; a comfortable massage table, all towels, oils and relaxing music. 

This is a blissful time of peace and relaxation just for you.

Pregnancy Massage

The treatment is done in a pregnancy-safe side-lying position. It is based on Swedish massage and incorporates long, flowing strokes. 

It includes a deeply relaxing head massage and gentle application of nourishing oils onto your growing belly. Both of these options can be removed if you aren't comfortable with this. However the majority of my clients absolutely love these parts of my treatment!

Wellness Massage - Méthode Dô

This is an amazingly relaxing full-body massage that leaves you floating on air. Seriously, you’ll absolutely love it!

Structural Massage - Méthode Dô

This massage targets specific issues of tension within the body. I particularly focus on the hips and shoulders as this is often where most problems are found.  It’s intense and very effective.

Emotional Massage - Méthode Dô

Our bodies hold emotions, conscious and unconscious and this can often be the source of physical pain.  My 90-minute treatment identifies these emotions and helps to release them.  It's profound and transformative.

Energetic Massage - Méthode Dô

Energy work can be incorporated into any massage (excluding prenatal massage)...with your permission of course!
